Security
We use Internet standard encryption technology to protect your sensitive data when you
transmit it to us. This process is known as SSL (secure sockets layer) and we are constantly
updating our technology to provide you with the maximum practicable level of security. To
check that you are in a secure area of our site look at the bottom of your browser and you
will see a closed padlock or an unbroken key. In addition you can tell whether a page is
secure as 'https' will replace the 'http' at the front of the www.beautybazaar.co.uk
in your browser address window.
When you have placed an order with us we will not keep a record of your payment card
details on our servers. You may however elect to store your card information for
convenience as part of your myBazaar® Account profile. We do not have access to
this information and your account is located in an https environment, on
secured servers.
Your transaction information is encrypted and transmitted to our physical
location, where payment information is manually processed.
Please note that we will never ask for a customer to confirm any account or
credit card details via email - If you receive an email claiming to be from
The Beauty Bazaar asking you to submit account or credit card details please
do not respond. We would recommend calling our office at this point or forwarding
the email to our customer service department at
phishing@beautybazaar.co.uk.
Accepted forms of payment
For online payment we accept the following cards
VISA CARD, MASTER CARD, VISA ELECTRON, VISA DELTA, SWITCH (UK), SOLO (UK) and most other
UK based DEBIT cards bearing the SWITCH or MAESTRO logo.
For foreign payments we accept US Dollar, Euro and Yen. Most foreign card payments in
these currencies will be accepted, including Euro card.
We also accept Paypal and would recommend that customers ordering from abroad (outside the
United Kingdom) make use of this payment method as the currency exchange rate will be
more favourable than that offered by your credit card, and any associated transaction
charges will be far less when using Paypal.
If you don't have a credit card or prefer not to pay online, download an order form HERE, select
items you would like to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to the checkout. You can
now simply copy the items by hand from your cart to your order form or print this page. Copy
the total, and post the order form along with a cheque to the address on the Order form. We
accept Postal Orders or cheques made payable to the Beauty Bazaar for payment on these
orders. Please do not send cash through the mail.
