An Important Note regarding lost parcels
If you place an order for more than £50 and you live in the London area, we strongly
advise using Royal Mail Special Delivery. We have a high number of parcels stolen
or misdirected in London and we will automaticaaly charge you for Special delivery
if your order is sent to a business address that is different from you home
address for all orders over £50.
Royal Mail First Class - customer covered for up to £39

Order Value £15.01 - £30 Postage Cost £3.50
Order Value £30.01 - £49.99 Postage Cost £4.95
Order Value £50.00 - £999 Postage Cost Free
We will endeavour to despatch orders received before 5pm the same day (weekdays only).
Standard delivery is free on orders over £50. You should receive your order
within 1-3 days (with the exception of a small number of remote postcodes).
Royal Mail Special Delivery - cover for up to £500, next working day, signature required
Order Value £0 - £150 Postage Cost £5.95
Order Value £150.01 - £999 £8.50
Our Guaranteed Next Working Day delivery service uses Royal Mail Special
Delivery and will be despatched the same day for delivery the following
morning for orders received before 2pm (weekdays only and with the
exception of a small number of remote postcodes). This service is
charged at £5.95 or £8.50 dependant on the order value shown above.
Please note that this service requires a signature to be given on
delivery. Where practical, we may elect to use a courier service
instead, but will notify you by email.
Where the weight of an order exceeds Royal Mail restrictions, our
couriers will be requested to deliver your order on a next working
day basis. You will not be charged additional monies for this service.
Please note that as with Special Delivery, this service requires a
signature for delivery.
Fastway Courier Service - cover for full purchase, next day, signature required

Order Value £150.01 - £999 Carriage Cost £10.00
We are unable to accept orders where the full address information has
not been supplied. If you are unsure about the delivery address please
check against either Royal Mail's free Postcode / Address Finder:

at: www.postcodeanywhere.co.uk.
Please also note that for first time orders or gift deliveries where the
billing and delivery addresses differ, we may place a phone call with
you to verify that your card is not being used without your knowledge -
this is for your own protection.

You will be charged at our standard rate shown above. Please note that
product pricing will be at the prices shown on this website as if sales
tax had been charged. This is to cover the additional costs of carriage
to international territories. Where weight or volume is excessive, you
may be charged for additional shipping. We will determine the cheapest
rate available and notify you via email of amended shipping costs You
may then elect to pay these costs or cancel your order.
Royal Mail International Signed For - customer covered for up to £500 – not available in all countries
Order Value £0 - £999 Postage Cost £12.50
International deliveries are made through Royal Mail's International Signed
For service. These deliveries use air mail to the destination country and the
local postal system in the destination country - these deliveries may take up
to 5-12 days from point of order to reach you and this service is not
readily available in all countries.
Royal Mail Airsure – Trackable with additional coverage and a signature required – not available in all countries.

Please also note that for first time International orders we will place a
phone call with you to verify that your card is not being used without
your knowledge - this is for your own protection. You can call us for
any other questions you may have about delivery times and charges on
MON - FRI 10.00am - 5pm.
Help, I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
If you have not received your order within seven days, please contact
us immediately on our Customer Service number or by email.
If your order was dispatched using our Standard Royal Mail Packet Post
service as described above, please allow 7 days from date of order before
advising our office of non delivery. If you used Royal Mail Special
delivery or our courier service, please allow two working days after
placing your order.
Claims for lost parcels can be initiated with our office after seven days,
but may only be lodged with Royal Mail after 15 working days have elapsed.
