An Important Note regarding lost parcels
If you place an order for more than £50 and you live in the London area, we strongly advise
using Royal Mail Special Delivery. We have a high number of parcels stolen or misdirected in
London and we will automatically charge you for Special delivery if your order is sent to a
business address that is different from your home address for all orders over £50.
Royal Mail First Class - customer covered for up to £39

Order Value £30.01 - £49.99 Postage Cost £2.90
Order Value £50.00 - £999 Postage Cost Free
We will endeavour to despatch orders received before 12pm the
same day (weekdays only). Standard delivery is free on orders
over £50. You should receive your order within 1-4 days
(with the exception of a small number of remote postcodes).
Royal Mail Special Delivery - cover for up to £500, next working day, signature required
Order Value £0 - £150 Postage Cost £6.90
Order Value £150.01 - £999 £9.50
Our Guaranteed Next Working Day delivery service uses Royal Mail
Special Delivery and will be despatched the same day for delivery the
following morning before1pm, for orders received before 2pm
(weekdays only and with the exception of a small number of remote postcodes).
This service is charged at £6.90 or £9.50 dependant on the order value shown
above. Please note that this service requires a signature to be given on
delivery. Where practical, we may elect to use a courier service instead,
but will notify you by email.
Where the weight of an order exceeds Royal Mail restrictions, our couriers
will be requested to deliver your order on a next working day basis. You will
not be charged additional monies for this service. Please note that as with
Special Delivery, this service requires a signature for delivery.
We are unable to accept orders where the full address information has not been
supplied. If you are unsure about the delivery address please check against
either Royal Mail's free Postcode / Address Finder:

www.postcodeanywhere.co.uk.
Please also note that for first time orders or gift deliveries where the billing and delivery
addresses differ, we may place a phone call with you to verify that your card is not being
used without your knowledge - this is for your own protection.

Royal Mail International Signed For - customer covered for up to
£41, secure delivery of items up to 2kg, signature required –
available in most countries

Order Value £15.01 - £30 Postage Cost £8.90
Order Value £30.01 - £60 Postage Cost £10.90
Order Value £60.01 - £100 Postage Cost £12.90
Order Value £100.01 - £999 Postage Cost £15.90
We use Royal Mail’s International Signed For service for all
European and International countries rather than regular AirMail to
significantly reduce the risk of lost items. These deliveries use
air mail to the destination country and the local postal system in
the destination country - these deliveries may take up to 5-12 days
from point of order to reach you, and this service is available in
most countries.
You will be charged at our standard rate shown above which includes
the additional cost of International Signed For. Please note that
product pricing will be at the prices shown on this website as if
sales tax had been charged. This is to cover the additional costs
of carriage to international territories. Where weight is in excess
of 2kg, you may be charged for additional shipping. We will
determine the cheapest rate available and notify you via email
of amended shipping costs. You may then elect to pay these costs
or cancel your order.

Royal Mail International Signed For - customer covered for up to £250-500, secure delivery
of items up to 2kg, signature required –available in most countries
Order Value £0 - £999 Postage Cost £12.90
International deliveries are made through Royal Mail's International Signed For service.
These deliveries use air mail to the destination country and the local postal system in
the destination country - these deliveries may take up to 5-12 days from point of order
to reach you, and this service is available in most countries. If your package is
particularly light in weight we will determine the cheapest rate available and notify
you via email of reduced shipping costs.
Royal Mail Airsure – Trackable with additional coverage and a signature required –
not available in all countries (see below)

Help, I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
For UK orders if you have not received your order within seven days, please contact
us immediately on our Customer Service number or by email.
If your order was dispatched using our Standard Royal Mail Packet Post service as described above,
please allow 7 days from date of order before advising our office of non delivery. If you
used Royal Mail Special delivery or our courier service, please allow two working
days after placing your order.
Claims for lost parcels can be initiated with our office after seven days, but may only
be lodged with Royal Mail after 15 working days have elapsed.
For European orders please allow 10 working days before notifying us. Claims for loss can be
lodged with Royal Mail after 20 working days.
For all other International orders please allow 12-14 working days before notifying us. Claims for
loss can be lodged with Royal Mail after 25 working days.
