Returns
You can read the sections below for further information on how, why, when and where
we exchange, replace or refund. If however, you simply need to return a product to
us, you will need to log in to your myBazaar® Account.
Locate the relevant order for the item/s concerned, click on the Returns tab
below the order and follow the on screen instructions.
You will be presented with a completed form to print and enclose with your return/s.
Should you not have access to a printer, simply make a note of the Returns Number on
the form, and enclose it with the products/s. Remember to always include a number for
us to call you on. It speeds up communication and helps us to help you.
What can I return?
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will
be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made
within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. We will refund the price of
the item to the purchaser, or exchange the product if an exchange has been requested, once it is received by us.
In the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods we will also refund the return postage charge. If we find
that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a
refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% off the original selling price from the refund amount. For Hygiene
reasons, please note that for cosmetics and skincare we can only accept returns that have not been used.
Skincare, toiletries and cosmetics must be unopened. None of the above conditions affect your statutory
rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
Return Postage
Yes, we can send you return packaging for items that are damaged, incorrectly
supplied or faulty. The procedure for obtaining Return Packaging is identical
to the steps described above, however you will be prompted to request packaging
and your form will be returned to the Beauty Bazaar, rather than offering you
the choice of a print out.
We will process your request and confirmation will be emailed to you. Your
Return Packaging should arrive within 48 - 72 hours or three working days.
As always, the status of your request can be checked online by
logging in to your myBazaar® Account.
Cancellation policy
If you would like to cancel your order before it has been despatched please contact us
and we will cancel it right away, refunding your payment in full if you card has been

Colour, colour, colour...
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our
products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will
depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any
colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. If you feel
the colour is not exactly what you were looking for, please feel free to return
the item to us, following the guidelines above, and we will be happy to exchange
it for you for an alternate colour. Please ensure that you have not used or
damaged the product or packaging before doing this.
Allergic?
In the highly unlikely even that you should react to any of our products, please
contact us immediately on our free customer service number
08432 893076. Try to
keep a careful record of any symptoms as these may be crucial to identifying a
particular sensitivity. We will of course either refund or replace the product
for you, and will go out of our way to try and assist you in identifying the
cause of the reaction, should you not be aware of any sensitivities or allergies.
